Tropical Park in Miami opens its doors to a new Christmas theme park “Christmas Wonderland”.
Guests who wonder into this magical theme park will be immersed in Christmas magic like never before. The new theme park features a half mile of holiday decorations, lights, and displays. Every hour, the trail darkens and synchronizes for a light show. Guests will get an immersive experience as they encounter six different ‘worlds’, each with its own themes, sights and activities and there’s even a nod to Miami-Dade’s neighborhoods and communities.
Christmas Wonderland has more than 50 thrill rides including the largest Ferris Wheel in North America, a wide variety of fair foods and treats, and some of Miami’s local food trucks and vendors.
Attendees will also get to enjoy a few holiday themed shows and antics. Starting with the aerial dancers who defy gravity 40 feet above the air, all while The Elf On The Shelf entertains the crowd with his comedy and acrobatic moves. That show runs daily at 6:30 p.m.
If you want to see more circus style acts with balance boards, hoops and swords then check out the WonderCirque, which runs daily at 8:30 p.m..
For those who enjoy thrills, then the ‘Christmas Ball of Thrills’ is a show you won’t want to miss. Watch as motorcyclists race inside the gigantic ball crossing and missing each other by inches, for the thrill of it! That show runs daily at 7:30 and 9:30 p.m..

Christmas Wonderland opens today Nov.16 at Tropical Park in Miami and runs until Sunday Jan. 7, 2024 and operates from 5:00PM – 12AM (1AM on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day). Closed on Monday, November 27th, Monday, December 4th, Monday, December 11th, Monday, December 18th.
