There’s no doubt that Karol G is the official queen of Latin Pop. La Bichota made history this past weekend in her home town of Medellín, Colombia as the first Latin female artist to sell-out two consecutive concerts at the legendary Atanasio Girardot Stadium in front of 75 thousand fans.
Karolgistas (Her Fandom) traveled from all over the country to the singer’s hometown, welcoming her with open arms and celebrating her return, while “La Nena de Medellín” – as she’s been crowned – enlarged the production of her show, delivering the most impressive concerts of the “Bichota Tour” thus far.
Karol G invited some of the most promising rising local acts. Among them, dynamic duo Yandar and Yostin, Ryan Castro, Blessd, and Feid, accompanying him to sing his hit, “Freaky.” Beyond these surprises, Karol G also paid tribute to her native country by singing a special rendition of “Tarde Lo Conocí” a classic vallenato originally performed by Patricia Teherán – proudly representing Colombian culture.
