Daniel Craig a.k.a James Bond, returns to the big screen in “No Time To Die” and he’s got a cast of new allies.
The film, which first debuted 1962, is the forthcoming spy film and the 25th in the James Bond Series.
Léa Seydoux, Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Christoph Waltz, Rory Kinnear, and Ralph Fiennes reprise their roles from previous films, with Rami Malek, Lashana Lynch, Ana de Armas, Dali Benssalah, Billy Magnussen, and David Dencik joining the cast as new characters.
In this film, the story takes place five years after the capture of Ernst Stavro Blofeld, and James Bond has left active service. He is approached by his friend and CIA officer Felix Leiter, who enlists his help in the search for Valdo Obruchev, a missing scientist. When it becomes apparent that Obruchev has been abducted, Bond must confront a villain whose schemes could see the death of millions with a new dangerous technology the villain developed.
Among those joining the cast is Cuban actress Ana de Armas who plays Paloma, a CIA agent assisting Bond on his new mission. De Armas described her character as “irresponsible” and “bubbly” and plays a key role in Bond’s mission.
